How to Play
A patient presents with an infectious illness. You see the demographics and chief complaint up front, then reveal clinical findings step by step.
You start with 1000 points. Each finding revealed costs 100 pts. Each wrong diagnosis costs 150 pts. You can Ask the Attending once per case for a clinical reasoning hint (-100 pts).
Finding order: History of present illness → Vital signs → Physical exam → Basic labs → Imaging → Epidemiological clue → Special labs/serology.
Cases cover viruses, bacteria, fungi, and parasites inspired by published case reports and classic presentations. A new case every day!
